Such silly comments from some people after the article. Like it is dead set when you reach a certain age. Why can we just not accept that some like it long, and some like it short, let us make our own choises.

And i think all of those women look great in long hair!

I think the main thing is for it to be healthy. THAT is what gives the appearance of youth and vitality, whether it's hair, skin, or body. After that, it's what suits your features and own personal style. As far as "maintenance", I spend a lot less time on my long hair than I did on short and get a lot more compliments on it long. I'm 29 and was recently asked if I was in high school. lol So it doesn't necessarily make you look older. My mother is in her late 50's or early 60's (yeah, we're not close) and she always looks at least 10 years younger when her hair is long.

All these women look great with long hair, proof that it doesn't age someone once they are past 40. It's ridiculous at how many still believe in this myth!
