Since my hair is so short for the first time in a long time, I would like to find a way to love it more until it grows out. I decided to pick someone with a similar hair length as a hair role model so I can rock my current hair status. I have decided upon Marylin Monroe. Although I cannot pull off a platinum blond, she is my hair role model because even though her hair was about as short as mine, she showed confidence, she was beautiful, and the world loved her. Someone I don't even know called me a fat b**** yesterday and then I remembered Marylin Monroe was a size 14, just around my size, and she was considered one of the most beautiful women in the world in her day. I personally feel bad for someone who defines beauty as paper thin, but when I thought of Marilyn, I shrugged it off and went on with the day. So tell me, who is your hair length role model that gives you the confidence to rock your style?

Just for clarification, is the idea to find someone that you think has awesome hair and other attributes you admire that has hair that is the same as your current length? If that's the idea, I may have to get back with you on this one.
ETA: good for you for not letting that jerk get you down! I just don't understand how people can be so hurtful.

The idea is to have a role model with a similar current hair length as you. And you thank you that means a lot to me =] I just don't understand how someone can be so rude to a person they don't even know. I feel bad her idea of beautiful is only limited to skinny girls. Plus I'm not fat, I am healthy =]

I have a few at the moment, the first is Gail Porter, who had her Alopecia grow back dark brown when she was originally a blonde. The others being Demi Moore, and Sigourney Weaver in their shaven headed rolls. I apparently resemble Ms Weaver (not as tall), so Iv got lots of her with her hair at various stages to see what certain looks would suit me.

You know what I love about Demi? She was beautiful with boy short hair in Ghost and she is beautiful with long hair...No matter what her hair style is, she is completely gorgeous. She shows hair has no age limit. Good choice!

Very different make up, too.
BTW how strange is that, different people, different taste, but I think her fake hair is hideous, looks scraggly, and just not beautiful at all. Weird.

I can't wait til my hair is naturally long again. I'm going to love the stages I go through a long the way. That
s what Kardashian should do. Just grow it out...No need for extensions...Letting it grow allows me to try interesting new styles along the way! Oh and my other hair model is Joan Jett since my hair is almost black. haha

I like Michelle Williams. :) My first pixie was because I liked her hair so much in Dawson's Creek. But I think her hair is beautiful at any lenght.
