Veronica Lake inspired Peekaboo hair

The other day I was reading the thread about old celebrities and their hair, which led me to trying out a new hairstyle!

So I pulled out my bobby pins, a few sponge curlers and voila!
Veronica Lake inspired Peekaboo hair. :D It turned out really nice and my boyfriend loved it, as we went out for dinner that evening. Here it is. :)

So, um... how did you do that? It's soooo beautiful!!

This is how I did it...

1. Spray/dampen hair.
2. Do a deep side part. Comb through and add gel/aloe vera/something to keep the curl.
3. Use bobby pins or hair clips to keep the "side bangs" (on the side you did the deep part) up out of your face. This gives the bang that "peekaboo" look.
4. Use large sponge curlers all around head , this gives a large, loose wave.

Dry completely. Then removed curlers and bobby pins. Comb through hair thoroughly to soften curls into waves.

Done!
