A newbie with a 3 year goal...

I decided after a friend laughed at the idea of me growing my hair out that I will not cut my hair for 3 years(basically until my 30th birthday). I went 2 years without cutting the length, but my hair was the unfortunate victim of haircuts that were not good for my hair. I can't really blame my hairdresser because she's amazing and always did what I wanted, but looking back, I shouldn't have done so much to my hair.

So, hopefully with lots of stalking and posting I can make it to my goal :)

Do you mean no tiny trims or snipping splits, or just no big chops? 'Cause snipping splits when they appear is a good way to prevent having to chop.

No major chops. I will get it trimmed up as needed though :)
