Where is TB on you ?

I am looking towards where tb would be on me. Waist is here about 31 .5 inches. Looking at the bottom of my tailbone would be about 42 inches and classic about 44 .
Now that doesn't seem to tie in with other people's very well. Is tailbone the bottom of that bone which is very close to classic?

REAL tailbone is nearer to classic. On me that's 36 inches. LHC tailbone tends to be the tops of the pockets, which is shorter by a few inches.

You're at nape? Nah, not 10 years :) It'll come faster than that, even accounting for some trimming.

Laugh away and thanks for the support! Ha ha! I am at nape right about now, last measure was 2 months ago and it was 15.5 inches I believe. Trust me I would be quite please with BSL, never mind TBL. TBL is like a unicorn to me....

I think it's around 36-37 inches on me, by the LHC top-of-the-crack definition. Bottom of tailbone and classic are way further away for me... those are big mountains my hair would have to climb over.

By the LHC tailbone it's about 35/36 inches on me and classic is 44".

My tailbone goal was really BCL. I have been maintaining there for the last six months or so. It's 40 inches on me.

As I have a sharp V-shaped hemline, though, the very longest tip of my hair is a bit longer (conversely, the sides are nearer to hip length). Near the bottom of the tailbone itself, actually. I was thinking of letting it grow over winter and seeing where it ends up next summer... Maybe near classic...

TB is 36" on me. I've generally seen TB defined as the "top of the Vertical Smile." :)

I think the majority of LHCers define tailbone as the top of the vertical smile. The actual bone ends much lower.

BSL = 26"
Waist = 32"
TLB = 38"
CL = 44"
FT = 50"

I have a distinctive, seemingly short coccyx and a dimple above, I measure to kind of in between those. Quite lucky that all my milestones are 6" apart! I'm 5'9".

Nah, I'm at similar and it's only about 4 years to reach waist I think, with a fairly regular trim. Maybe 5. But after that, I should have better hair that's been LHC cared for always, so it won't need as many trims and should grow faster.

What I think of as "tailbone" is BCL, like many others. That's my goal, and it probably will be around 40" on me. Waist on me is 33". True tailbone is 43", and classic is 46". I'm right at 32" right now, so I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Thankyou - very helpful. I am 5'10 so I think true tailbone is about 42 and BCL is about 38 so not that far away. I often see threads with people sayingtailbone length and I am thinking - that can't be the bottom of their coccyx!

Tailbone on me is 36" which is where I can actually feel my tail bone. It's at the top of my bum crack :p Classic is 42" on me. I think my tail bone is actually quite high up as others report their tail bone to be closer to mid bum length. So I think it varies from person to person.
