Just wondering what everyone's experience with hair supplements has been?
I have been taking Phyto and haven't noticed much. I'm going to try Viviscal next.

I like country life maxi hair, cheaper and more effective than Viviscal IMHO.

I haven't experimented too much with hair supplements but I do take a multi and fish oil supplement for all over health, and have noticed an improvement in my hair.
I did take NutriCap for many months and didn't see ANY change.

I have noticed a difference after starting Biotin. I've been taking an omega-3 supplement for about 3 years and a multi forever. I'm confident they make me feel healthier and affect my hair, skin, and nails.

I take Andrew Lessman's Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails. His supplements are awesome. You can find him on HSN (Home Shopping Network), he doesn't use any fillers in them and he makes them in a factory that is green-totally run on solar energy. I have noticed my nails have seemed healthier, think it is too soon to tell with my hair since it grows slower. I also notice I seem to have a more energetic feeling when I take his supplements. They are fairly reasonably priced, and I like that they digest easily since they are a powder filled capsule vs. a hard tablet that makes you have vitamin burps all day.

You have to stick with them to notice a difference. I took biotin for a few months before getting the full benefits. It really reduced shedding. Horsetail also produced some rapid growth for a while but it was short lived :(. I hear it works best if you go on and off of it though but haven't tested that yet.
