I CO wash everyday, but wash CWC once a week.

I CO every 2 to 3 days. I've tried stretching it, but I just can't do it. The same went when I was using shampoo and conditioner. I usually washed every 2 days, and to go for 3 days was an exception.

I have to wash it every other day or it turns to straw.

I CO pretty much every day. I don't *have* to, and I usually take a day or two off each week, but I really like CO washing everyday.

I usually CO every other day. But sometimes it's every day or every 3rd day. I don't have a set routine. I do what I need to do each day.

If it's pure CO, about every four days. If I add a pinch of baking soda to the mix (about 1/16 tsp.), five or six days. I'm trying to stretch out to once a week, but not sure if I'll make it. :)

I CO rinse every night. My scalp is very oily and I have tried every other method including CWC, stretching out my washes which was a total greasepit disaster, and using sulfate-free shampoos. None of those other methods proved effective. Everytime I included shampoo into my normal routine, my scalp would stay clean but my hair from shoulder length all the way down to my ends would become very dry. COing everyday works for me I believe because it both cleanses my scalp and it also keeps all of my hair well moisturized.

Every three days or so. I try to go longer if I can. It does feel really nice the day after wash day, which makes it harder to wait.

Since I started COing I was able to stretch it to once a week, but if I've been exercising (or need to for some other reason) I CO twice a week. If I don't feel like COing more than once a week but my hair still feels oily, usually rinsing it with warm water is enough.

Once a week.

I CO daily, I find my hair really needs that hit of moisture. I cleanse with a light C, condition with a heaver C, then use another C as a leave-in.

I also do an overnight oiling once or twice a week, then CWC in the morning.

Every day, or sometimes every other day. Depening on how much I exercise and where I have to be.

We have the same hair and I was wondering how often i could go without doing mine. And It's been three days but my hair sill looks great.

Twice a week, I can quite reasonably go 5 days, but I swim twice a week and I don't like to leave any potential nasties in my hair.

I CO wash once a week and do herb washes in between.

I CO wash every other day. Or perhaps daily if it's super hot & humid & I'm feeling sweaty. I shampoo once every 4 weeks usually. I can't stand dirty, sweaty head smell, so I cannot possibly go without washing for more than a coupe days.

Everyday. My hair needs the moisture, and it doubles as styling for me.

I currently CO every other day or else my scalp hates me (gets really itchy).

I can get away with a CO about every 4-5 days if I use a scalp leave-in (like cocoa butter or rosemary EO).

I CO every day. I'm not even remotely interested in stretching washes. I also clarify once a week.

I Co everyday because of my allergies. Curse the pollen and such!

I CO normally every 2-3 days. Stretching longer never seems to work, with CO or with shampoo

I CO wash every 3 days. Clarify about every 2 weeks :)

Every other day. Not because of oily roots, but because my length loves the moisture.

Every 3 -5 days depending on the weather and my level of exercise.

Full co once a week, twice a week scalp WO and thicker condish on the length. Before when I started coing I needed to co 3 times a week, but my scalp doesn't get greasy now so once a week would be enough if my length wasn't dry and damaged, it needs more moisture. Didn't use shampoo to clarify since more than 7 weeks, no build up yet, although I use amodimethicone in my elvive condish for my length :-)

It just depends on what my hair happens to need at the time. Sometimes its every day, some days its every other day, sometimes longer.
