Will a co wash remove hairpray...or will I need to use shampoo for that? Also how often do you S&D? I do it the night before I wash my hair...EVERY time =P

If you have found a conditioner that's dong a good job of CO, then yes, it will remove hairspray just fine.
As for S&D, I don't ever do it since I don't get splits, so that's not a lot of help, I'm afraid.

I don't know about CO for removing hair spray bc I use a diluted mild baby shampoo. As for S&D I do it way too much I'm addicted to it plus I have tons of split ends bc I used to use a straining iron :(

Hello shockinglength,
I occasionally use hair spray and CO seems to remove it just fine. Just make sure you let the conditioner soak in for a few minutes!
(I have not posted in quite a while... It feels so good to be back on LHC!)

Your regular CO conditioner should work. Hair spray isn't all that hard to wash out in my experience. I used to use it a lot.
I S & D when I think about it. It might be daily or weekly or monthly.
