Wow that's fantastic! Gorgeous! Inspiring! Especially since it turns out the haircare routine I'm leaning towards is almost identical to yours, just no henna.

Did you do anything to speed up growth, or is that just what it did by itself?

Thanks to all of you for your nice comments! :cheese: :grouphug:

I noted my hair care routine at my homepage (https://sites.google.com/site/habioku/My-hair/hair-care) and I don't take any supplements for hair growth.
And my growth rate is pretty normal with 1cm (0,4 inch) per month, the only trick is that I'm pretty small :D (5,2 feet), so my hair have less distance to grow.

Edit: oh I forgot: I trimmed maybe 3-3,5 inch in this 1,5 years.

Blast... well I'm 5'9" so I guess your trick won't work for me haha. It is nice having pictures to see how much progress you have made. I don't take many and it does often feel like I get nowhere.

Man, I have to agree, just wonderful.

Your website listing all your routines is wonderful as well. I love the videos.

I'm going to adopt the olive oil ideas to see if I can keep a slightly flaky scalp from getting worse.

Beautiful hair all around!

WOW! You have beautiful with so much shine! I have a hair routine that is somewhat similar to yours, good to see I'm on the right track. I never thought to put oil on my scalp when doing a pre-wash treatment... gonna have to try that because of my very dry scalp that seems to hate shampoo.

Thank you so much for your nice comments :grouphug:

@ selenechiba: I bought this comb in a drugstore in germany, I found it unusual looking too but it serves th purpose ;)

@ Nemileo: Yes, I use a mixture of henna and indigo.

@ Aquamarine: I deep conditioning with olive oil before I wash my hair, then I use a mild babyshampoo with panthenol and I use a little bit olive oil after the washing...no big trick ;)

Thank you :D.

@ kitten1986: I use balsamic vinegar for acid rinse. I just mix 2-3 EL vinegar with a liter of water, and rinse my hair after washing. For me, the smell is less annoying than the smell from cider vinegar.

Sorry to bother you with more questions but I just wanted to clarify lol... (take it as a compliment). How often do you wash with shampoo vs without? Do you rinse with the vinegar every time?

I have been thinking of changing my routine up a little as it seems to be getting a bit more poofy lately..

Oh, I was wondering what brand of Henna you use? I'm new to Henna, and would love to color my with it. I haven't dyed my hair is several months.

It's no problem ;) I'm glad I can help. I wash every time with my shampoo and this twice a week. And I don't use a rinse every time...I use it maybe...hmm...twice a month.
