okay so i tried my first ACV rinse this morning.
I washed my hair as usual, the rinsed it with 2 tablespoons of ACV to 500mls of water.
And then conditioned it as usual after rinsing the ACV.

I had uni straight afterwards, so i just coconut oil the ends lightly and stuck it up in a bun and left it to dry.
It was about 6 O clock tonight before i got a chance to look at it.

Results :

My scalp feels so clean, i noticed straight after the rinse.
Often, no matter how long i rinse with water once my hair is tried it feels like theres still product in the roots so i'm more than sure it's cleared it up.
My hair colour looks lighter! As if all the dullness has been lifted and it's gleaming.

DOWNSIDE- MY ENDS ARE CRUNCH AND DRY :'(
Theres no splits, but i'll post photo's and you can see for yourself, they feel awfully crunchy.
I don't know what to do, so far i've wet my ends again and put some more coconut oil on.
They feel awful, any advice anyone? X

that's how it ends up being for me. really super nice shine, & it often feels much softer/smoother from getting rid of all the product, but i have crunchy ends too.
But, then again my hair is SUPER dry & the ends have all of my bleach horror story from last year, so that's most likely why mine are so bad :p
But i'm right there with you.

I agree lovely on top, but i dont think i'd do it again if my ends went like this. It'd drive me up the wall! At least someone else is in the same boat as myself. Thing is my ends aren't even damaged really, they don't need anything apart from the occasional s&d so why the crinkle hmm? : ) Oh well hopefully a little dose of tlc via some coconut oil should do the trick.

I feel your pain on the crunch ends. I got a perm and fried my hair to HECK. In fact, the other day I put it up in a bun when it was wet, and let it in there all day and dry. When I let it down, I looked forward to playful curls.. no. Oh, it was curly at right. And felt like WOOL. WOOL I SAY D:<!

Anyways. Let me know if you find anything very helpful for the crunchiness.. I need a miracle <.<

What dilution did you use?

I stated it in my post but :)

2 tablespoons to 500mls of water.
And the acidity was 5%.
