1 year anniversary

Well summer is so busy I didnt realize my one year was in august. My starting length was 18 inches and September length is 25. So I gained 7 inches in a year. And one trim of about 1/2 an inch. My hair is actually feeling long now. :cheese:
Thanks to everyone for all the help, tips and enablers. I have learned so much on here.

Ooooh you have had amazing growth. Yes it really is looking long. 7 inches is great progress and isn't it great to know what you are capable of. I assume you have had no trimming? I am doing a no trim year to find out how long I can grow. I think I'll come up just shy of your result. Your hair is beautiful.

:pThanks everyone. I tried everything that is suggested to make it grow faster, monistat ( got 1 inch in a month!! BUT made me shed really bad) took diatomaceous earth ( couldn't tell any differance) I only trimmed about 1/2 an inch once. For me the thing that works the best is the hair,skin and nail vitamins. I just use the walmart brand. Oh and I eat good protein every meal. And have kept it put up almost every day. I can't stand it hanging down in my face. I also used henna then henna, indigo, cassia mix which I really believed it saved several inches of my old permed ends. Don't give up and just keep on growing;)
