Time fram for Ketlyo Hairsticks

Hi All,

Just wondering, is it normal to wait a while for a Ketylo hairstick order to reach oneself? I ordered a couple of weeks ago and the money was taken out of my account but I haven't heard if my things have been shipped.

I have tried emailing but have not heard from anyone. I'm sure they are very busy but just wondering how long you had to wait for your order if you have bought any products from Ketylo.

This may not be that helpful given I'm in NZ. But Ketlyo orders take just over a week to arrive. Also, I don’t get an email saying they've shipped. Maybe try emailing again?

I'm in the Netherlands and it usually takes up to 10 days to get to me. So, if you are in the US, then I think your parcel may have gotten lost in the mail. I suggest contacting them again. Success!
