There's just so much of it!

I know I have complained before about 'balding' and 'thinning' and most definitely shedding! but- as my hair grows longer, there's just so much hair! It seems to fall wherever it wants to, land however it wants to, and sprawl itself from my ears down. I am growing out layers, so as they come in, I am remebering what a 'thick' bushy head of hair I used to have to deal with! But back then my hair was shorter, above BSL. So I wonder if the damage thinned it, and now that I am safe handling and growing it, that it is getting thicker. haha that's an amazing feeling! I feel the same, the longer it grows, the more layer I have to add in order to not have a triangle face!

I think it was all the damage, but also the layers. Layer can have a thinning effect, adding volume where you want it and elongating the cut... when my layers grow out on my thick, dark curly hair I look like a puffball :cheese:

but the 80's headbanger feeling can also be sexy :P
