I just wanted to share a new style I have been trying this past month, the henna I did Saturday, and the Morning Glories in my yard:

What a fabulous picture! Morning glories are one of my favorite flowers, and that color is my favorite. And your rope braid is glorious, too! :blossom:

Makes for a beautiful picture indeed ! Nice color harmony, and your hair and very nice rope braid are very well put forward by it.

When I was in China, we ate morning glories sauted with garlic.
Your henna & hairstyle are yummy.

Thank you all! I learned how to do this style by watching torrinpaige's youtube tutorial. I also use a very small amount of oil to keep it smooth. I get my hair into the ponytail, then divide it into the two sections. Then I place a drop of hair oil on my palm, rub my palms together and just smooth it through from the top of each half of the ponytail to about 2-3" above the ends (otherwise my ends get greasy looking). I still get some little fly-aways from the braid, but it is much better than when I didn't oil it.
