deposit only? semi-perm? I am only starting to understand those terms here but interested. Can't do permanet color - just frys my hair somehow. And haidressers typically tell me oh it won't damage anything. Well yes, but I want a few more facts next time cause it generally *does*.

I think it is a deposit only, you can get colour glaze shampoo and conditioners and my understanding of them is that they contain a small amount of the colour you want and they add extra shine and richness to the colour you already have.

A deposit isn't as damaging and not as permanent as a full dye and if I'm right thinking a glaze is deposit only then your hair would be fine if you decided to get one.
From a quick google, a glaze is semi-permanet if applied with heat and not permanet if it is applied without heat.

For example if you had brown hair and used a red colour glaze you would have reddish undertones to your hair.
