It will thicken up!!! Give it some time, it still looks lovely. I am not even at waist yet and i oogle at that hair picture for inspiration! fairy tale ends are beautiful anyways!
My hair now is wispy like that, but only 4 years ago i had thick blunt ends. So i KNOW i can get thick blunt hair like that if i wait long enough. :)

@ squiggyflop : you can post thumbnails with Photobucket. You have to select the little box under the picture you want to post (in the overview), then click on 'Generate HTML and IMG code' at the bottom of the page. The third option on the new page is the one for clickable thumbnails.

I just thought I'd mention it in case people because there's a limit to what you can do with Paint but Photoshop's pretty expensive.

hahaa...i did the face makeover once...you know whitened teeth, smoothed out wrinkles etc. was so much fun, I loved the teeth so much I made an appointment with the dentist to actually get them, not much I can do about the wrinkles though!!

Mine is difficult - at least I found it to be when I spent the last two hours trying! :o

I'm trying to take it to about waist, as well as show the highlights growing out. To top it off, the colour isn't very accurate in my starting photo - my regrowth isn't so dark. So I tried lightening it.

Anyone want to attempt it for me? No laughing at mine! It was my first time using the clone tool :(:p

If you see the icon up to the right on the edit text row (where the bold and italic buttons are, only on the other side) that looks like a landscape (next to the envelope), then you only need to have the URL (address) of your picture. It should look something like http://www.somewhere.com/somepicture.jpg

(That's a random example, there is no picture there.)

If you use something like photobucket or the like, they have this address in plain view. If it is a picture from anywhere else, just right-click on the picture and select properties, then you'll see the address there.

If you then press the landscape button and copy the URL of the picture in there, then the picture should be up! I hope that made sense. If you can't figure out the landscape icon but have the URL, I can pick it up from there just as easy.

LHC picture albums seem to work differently o_O perhaps to prevent hotlinking/stealing bandwith. You could try editing your post and using this picture URL: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v116/Sidsel/updo1.jpg (an updo of mine) to paste into the landscape thing.

Thank you guys, I'd better be good, because it's my daytime job!
I don't have a tablet (but I really want one),[photoshop talk] I cloned the tips of the hair to the point were they were requested, and I erased and blended the edges using masking. Then I selected all the image, copy merge and paste so I'll have new layer to destroy, I clowned the middle from a place where the hair looks relatively even, and again, I erased and blended the edges using masking. Curly hair does it's own thing as it gets longer - it's harder to photoshop than straight hair, since straight hair basically hangs, well, straight.

How 'bout this? I've actually slightly exceeded the design brief and gone a bit further than classic - mainly because I thought you might like to see your hemline just below your shorts so it's actually mid-thigh. But I thought you might live with that :-)

I have reached my original goal length AND spent 10 mths maintaining my hair, only gained about 2 1/2" but my hemline really does the picture justice now.
My friend did a great job keeping it realistic.

I would love to see upper thigh length on me (2 more inches)
And thigh length (about 4")..hope I measured right.
Just consider the taper, even though I will keep trimming my hair will get thinner the more it grows..

Upper thigh length is currently my goal...but my golden ratio said "thigh length".

I did calculate my terminal length to be thigh length though, that would be cutting it close..:rolleyes:
