With a french!
Smaller sections I guess? It's really tight, and I just wanted to show how happy I was with it and how talented my mother is with hair. (I'm very envious of how she does it, she tried teaching me, but I found it incredibly hard to do on someone else's head.)

I'm also so happy because I haven't had a proper tighter french in years(Except me practicing, but that wasn't too professional. )!

Why am I keeping you waiting? *Shows!* (The french braids, and the opening of them are shown.)

My lovey luby helped take the webcam pictures. :D

It was done on damp hair after washing. Felt really quite tight, a great trick for keeping layers in, I think!

I love it, too bad I don't know how to do it as good as my mummy yet.

But... I will some day. Mwahaha! :cheese: Woot for good hair for these past 3 days thoughh, and hopefully tomorrow!

PS, the only bad thing was the straighter ends, but overall, it looked very natural, woot! :D

Your mom's a talented braider!
It looks so pretty on you Sammich, I hope you learn to do such braids yourself soon. Keep trying, and you will succeed, I'm sure :)

It's done really well and I can't believe how neat it is! You're right in saying she took small sections :p It must have taken her a long while with both sides

Very pretty! Your mum does nice work. Braiding wet/damp helps, or braiding with oiled hair. When I was braiding my hair a lot (before I found LHC and learned to make buns) I didn't have much luck braiding on wash day, but the 2nd and subsequent days it would braid up quite nicely. It does take a lot of practice to make nice, tight French braids, but well worth the time to learn how.

Wow, those are very lovely French braids! I find with my growing-out layers and bangs it is difficult to keep my braids looking even. Your mom did a fantastic job! :)

Aww, guys, you are too sweet. Thank you very much! I'll be sure to tell her all that stuff! (If I remember! :p ) I asked her to do my hair in two frenchies again today, they're so practical and adorable, and so beautiful after you take them out. :)

I'm still struggling on trying to make french braids. :p Any tips? Mine are failing quite badly, I can't quite find a way to hold my hands so I can do it on myself. :p
