There is nothing you need to do welcome! But I'd love to see some pictures! :)

Fine. :)

Here you are:

My recent length shot 92,5cm / 36,4" or almost exactly 3 feet. :) A bit fluffy here, I also have really straight days, as you can see below.

And here is where I come from:

I am at hiplength now or better: at belt-length, which is even a bit lower.
Tailbonelength would be one meter of hair for me so it is one of my bigger goals.

Awww just come on in! Welcome, welcome!! Have a seat and join the family:cheese: HUGS all around!!

Whenever I do the "insert image" I just post the next one right next to where the first one ended and use small images so they all fit. My pictures are in my profile "hair" album. I I right click on the picture in the album, without left clicking it, it will be smaller than if I left click to bring up the image by itself. Does that make sense?

And thank you for the nice hair compliment:) My hair was growing so slowly between July and Dec, I thought I'd never get to solid hip! I started exercising more and eating more fruit. Maybe that helped? My goal is to lose 10lbs and get to TB! Then I will reward myself with a new outfit:cheese:

Thank you for your welcomes. =)
At the moment I am more a reader than writer, everything here is new for me and there is so much to discover in this forum.
TBL is a really big goal for me, but I have found pictures here from superlong hair about knee... I always said the meter (TBL) would be great and if it is possible, I would really love to have classic length but now I would really, really like to go for knee. Someday. Maybe. If this will not be possible, okay, not too bad. It looks as if TBL is really possible and that is a big comfort for me with hair as fine as mine.

Lots of beautiful hair in this thread!

I seem to be hanging out at WL forever. Probably because of dusting/microtrims, though I don't do that very often. I also realized recently that ultimately my goal is to have my hair at hip/tb from the front. Unfortunately that means much more growing than I'd planned on!

I am getting closer to TB - I think I have an inch to go and I think only 5 inches in total to classic! TB is very low on me. My ends are not looking as good as they good but I know that's what happens to me past hip. I shall aim for classic and maintain there to see if I can cope with it.

I haven't calculated mine, but if I calculated, I guess I may be at TB at a time near to you.

While I was washing last night, I saw that my hair is a bit longer than waist. But of course I can't see that length after dried

During the autumn I kind of forgot my hair. But it was very nice to see that in a couple of months the strands have been descending lower. :) Right now I feel that I have to make it to the tailbone because I'm quite close it already. After that I can maybe cut it shorter in case of unmanageable hair problems. :D The center of my hair is growing faster than the sides, maybe because I have some F hair there and some old layers were cut there. But maybe also the sides will get achieve more length if I'm pacient enough.

(The latest length shots are in "fringe and back photos album")

I've gotta start taking pretty hair pictures like you all do.

I was several inches past waist and then trimmed a couple inches the other day to clean up the ends (haven't had a trim since May so I needed it!). So I'm at waist length and want to get to tailbone length by the end of the year. Based on my hair growth rate of about 8" per year with twice yearly trims (and just had one of 2 trims for the year), I should be able to do that with no problems!

I'm excited to get it that long so that I can do more intricate updos, have long long hair for belly dance performances, and just have super long hair.

Here is my progress. I am growing out layers from IDK and recovering from a 5 yr shedding. Anyhoo, the canopy is the shortest. My hair is soaking wet in this photo. The short curls you see are the canopyand front fringe. The canopy just reach waist with the longest strands.(THIN) The bulk is about shl to bsl. I keep my hair in small twists now. It really keeps my coils from tangling so. The layers and different texture hair is a bad combination. I am staying on this thread until my canopy is twisted and unstrectched to BCL wet. Thats a looooong time.:( I am on the no trim/cut journey. I believe I can do this with the new regimine and products I have made. My canopy is the most wiry and delicate. My next under layer hangs to waist wet. Its frizzier than the bottom. The bottom layer hangs the lowest to BCL wet. Ah well. Slowly onward.

If this is a duplicate post I am sorry I canot see my other post.:o Well here is my progress. My hair is in twists and soaken wet. I am recovering from a 5yr shedding and growing out layers from damage I suppose. Anyhoo, my fringe is the shortest only BSL then my whole canopy is next. Stretched with the longest hairs reaching waist. ( finally) So I believe the bulk will catchup which is about SHL to BSL:(. My next layer in the back hangs to waist unstretched and wet. The bottom layer hangs to BCL wet. I keep the twist to control tangles. All the layers and my different texture of hair with each layer makes for a terrible combination. My canopy is so wiry and delicate. I have made new products and changed up my regimine. It has given me renewed hope I can do this. My goal is to reach BCL wet and unstretched with my canopy before moving on to the next thread. A loooong time from now. That way my bulk of my canopy should be below waist. Ah well. Slowly onward.

It is so long! How many years have you been growing?

I started my journey in 2002. But that was a learning year. I began to make progress in 2003. Then in 2005 I began to shed like a a Katagan sheep. They are the type that shed all their fleece. I lost 2/3 volume and entered into what now must have been a false terminal at BCL. The shedding just abated the end of 2010 and I had a renewed energy to try and reclaim what I lost. Around July of 2011 I noticed I was longer in area's. Did not want to get my hopes up but it does seem like I am growing again. The shedding has just really come to what I could call normal around january of this year. Growth is very slow and thin and layered. Don't know where I will end up but its nice to know I am regaining some volume and made it to True TBL. Now to get the layers moving on down.

That is reassuring to hear. My hair has similar growth and then major shedding and it makes me worried that my hair goals just aren't possible. Glad to see you finding success!

I have taken a little LHC break to indulge in some benign neglect. I just have to ignore my hair or it makes me crazy, how slowly it grows. I get too frustrated with it if I'm around here too much and see everyone's beautiful pics.

Cupofmilk
March 5th, 2012, 09:01 AM
I too have had major issues with shedding and slow growth. Keeping my scalp happy is now a real priority as otherwise I shed even more. A lot of people have overtaken me since I started growing. I don't know if that is because I am tall at 5'10 or whether my hair is really that slow at growing?
My ends are also horrid - if you look closely you can see them. My taper is quite a lot too
Remember every head of hair is unique and beautiful x

That is reassuring to hear. My hair has similar growth and then major shedding and it makes me worried that my hair goals just aren't possible. Glad to see you finding success!

I have taken a little LHC break to indulge in some benign neglect. I just have to ignore my hair or it makes me crazy, how slowly it grows. I get too frustrated with it if I'm around here too much and see everyone's beautiful pics.

I had to re-examine my regimine and look at my vitamins and diet. I went through alot of stress those years and just had to realize I am not the same person I was 6 years ago. Our hair may be dead but the folicles are not. As we change so will everything in our body and system. Benign neglect is why it got as bad as it did. IT took me so long to do anything about the problem. WE don't ignore our skin or figures when we want them to be there best. Don't ignore your hair. Get on top of it. Study and make sure your are doing all you can to help it be at its best and grow to great lengths. In the long run you will have an over all benifit from this journey.

I thought I was not to fret over "just hair". Then I broke out of that and said" hey this is part of me , I better be fretting if its not doing well. This is a sign that I may not be doing well".

I agree with you on keeping that scalp happy. My first break through in my hair journey was the ends. I had only had hair longer than shoulder balde once and was clueless as to how I did it. Then I remembered. When I was stationed in the Philipines it was so hot and muggy nothing seemed to last. I was washing my hair twice aweek. Making coconut oil because products were unavailble and putting my hair up. Of course later I ran out and relaxed it and it broke off. So when I started my journey and was being told think retention I repeated that process and developed my own ends cream. Along with the baggy method I made it to BCL. Now my scalp, new growth and old hair gets all special treatment catored to each needs. I use different mixture of products on my ends vice my scalp, new growth and length. This has given me more consistency in good health and retention and growth. I also have different textures in different areas on my had which also require different attention and products.

So as you can see no any sort of neglect could work for me.

vintagecoilylocks, I found that my first yr was a learning year too. I think I retained 1.5 inches. Boy, was I depressed. But things have been improving since then. I have noticed that I grow a lot faster when I exercise so I'm starting to walk again--when I jogged 3miles a day I grew almost 1/2 an inch per month as compared to 1/4inch. Although I realized this 2 yrs ago I'm just now convincing myself to get.out.and.exercise. Onward and upward!

*sigh* I will never have a thick hemline...
I big chopped 8 inches last year of BCL/almost tailbone hair back to MBL , now I'm almost full Hip but ends are see through again. I don't/didn't suffer from any breakage so I guess that's just taper. anyway, I'm trying micro trimming this year I hope it will work.

I think you need to be more patient. Many heads of hair on this site did not arrive at every length full and thick. Take a look at Cinnamon hair journey to knee length. She had to cut back at first of journey but explained how the thickness always followed well behind the ends until she stopped at knee and maintained. It took her years for this process to complete itself. Not all of your hair grows at the same speed or is in the same growth cycle. Google cinnamon hair. Its a lessen in patients to obtain fuller ends. Also check out the maintaing and microtrim thread. You will see where some arrived at different lengths thin then maintained for thethickness to move down. Don't keep cutting. Give it time.

Sure?
I mean, a healthy diet is essential for everything, especially hair as it is one of the last things your body will put energy in.
Milk is nice and so are vegetables and fruits. But only talking about "vegetables and fruits" is a bit too general.

What did you eat before and what to you eat now? Maybe it is simply, that you lacked vitamins. :)
Nevertheless, sounds good to me. I mean: when it is your hair why you think again about what you eat and what you don't, that is all okay. Your complete body will be thankful fot that. :)

I agree with you Mai Gloeckchen. It is a bit too general to say fruits and vegetables grow strong hair, or that milk does. It all comes down to what your body needs and what vitamins you get- that's what helps grow strong hair! I'm vegan, and my hair grows like a weed- and I don't drink dairy milk! :) I do, however, drink soy milk- and that has the right amount of vitamins for me.

thanks alot for the advice. I guess I am kind of dissappointed because this is my third year on the forums and my hair is practically the same length ( better health though). I like how my hair feels with regular microtrims so I think I will stick with that. I'm already in the microtrimming thread and I'm also scheduling the microtrims according to lunar charts (too desperate? lol!). but I have to tell you how I LOVE your hair! your siggy is so inspiring.

I like that during the winter season, you don't realize how much your hair has grown because it's all bundled up and rarely let loose. Especially when it's super windy and rainy! I am excited to share with you my updated length picture. Now that I've surpassed my initial goal of hip, the next target is tailbone! Membership in this thread is a long term thing huh? =D

I was lurking over at the Classic to Knee and read a post. It was incouraging. They were explaining about out of the ordinary shedding(pregnacy, illness, etc.) and how it shifts large parts of our head to sychronized shedding growth instead of the normal asynchonized. I think that explained how I developed these layers and how I have stalls at the layers. I thought I was terminal with these severe layers. So there may be hope for me to have a descent head of hair again and reach my length goals with out extremely thin ends.:pray: It will take a few years to shift back to a normal asychronized growth pattern but I am now so encourgaged.

I would normally be due for a hair cut (I used to get 1 every 6-8 months) but I have decided to go to HIP length instead of chopping it back to BSL because of TLHC :bluebiggr . I have about about 2-3'' to go, and it's the first time I have gone past waist length since I was a kid. It seems like it's taking forever!

I've almost completely cut out heat from my routine. That's been really hard, but has made a huge difference in the health of my hair. Sock Bun's definitely made it a little easier :)

I also trim less often. I used to do a dusting once a month, but it's been 2 months since I did a trim. I have to S&D more often now.

The only other thing I have done differently is using oil more often. I've recently added Castor Oil and Almond oil (in addition to Jojoba Oil; which I normally use) for hair masks. I love the results, but have had a hard time washing the combo out... (too much Castor oil I think)

Why do i feel so guilty i only really took off the very tips more wispy bits than anything else and least i'm still waist.

Least i will have my nice thick ends back not sure if i will go another 9 months though maybe every 6 months and take off 1/2 a inch like i used to.

Welcome to the LHC! :D S&D helps me with tangles; my hair tends to tangle around splits and single-strand knots, so keeping up with S&D to minimise those definitely makes a difference. :) It doesn't affect my growth at all, but it means I can go longer in between trims without ending up with very damaged ends, so indirectly, it helps me keep more of my length away from the scissors long-term. Hope that helps!

Hey all!! This is my update picture for this thread. (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/album.php?albumid=5139&pictureid=130223)
I am currently unstretched a little paist waist as you can see, and when my hair is wet I *think* it's fully at hip.
I supposedly have a blunt hemline but my curls are showing otherwise, or I could have possibly ruined it in my last self trim, who knows, either way, I will still be microtrimming this year to maintain a thicker hemline.
My goal hopefully is within the next 3 months (by the end of June) is to reach BCL on wet hair.
My ultimate goal is tailbone hair with thick hemline.
I WISH i would reach it by the end of this year because well, I have been stuck here forever.
In my last 2 years on LHC I have gained pretty much no length. My starting point is very close to where I am now, but I have chopped off maybe like 12 inches of hair in that time due to some small trims plus a scissor happy stylist who chopped off 8 inches last year ( I was an inch away from tailbone at that time but with thin ends)
anyway, that's pretty much my story. I wanted to straighten my hair to do a length check this week but I think I will pass.
Wish me luck guys! I reaaaaallyyyy want to make it to tailbone this year!!

If I oil it and twist it up in a bun & let it dry I can relax it down to waves that are comb-able. But if I just let it air dry "free" - this is it. If I brush it, it's sheepy, wooly, floaty fluff! Like what they stuff pillows with these days! :p

Thanks ladies! :)

Maelyssa one of my little girls is a 3b/3c F i/ii curly but doesn't always appreciate it. So I can relate to what you are saying and the need for inspiration. The other day I was searching google for some pics of other little girls with the same hair type for her to see how cute it is and that she is not alone.

Vintagecoilylocks my new goal is just around hip but I'm not ruling out tailbone (when pulled straight) I lose around 1/2 in to 1in from shrinkage since my under layers have a loose wave.

Pinkycat it's funny cause you are one of my hair idols :D! I follow your posts from time to time. I love the way your hair curls. It's looking so lovely the length it's at right now.

Oh my goodness Kitschy... wow amazing curls!!! I agree with Pinkycat that you have a beautiful hair colour. \

Fortresca we'd love to see the updated shot. Your hair is looking soo shiny and pretty with the loose waves. I love it!

Thought I should join here. I'm pretty much at hip now and aiming for tailbone which is at the point where the stitching on my jeans is at a triangle. It will probably take me the whole year to get there because I'm trimming a little more often now.

I trimmed about 2-3inches and in a U on March 31st, 2012. So I was at hip before but now I am waist again curly. So I need to do a lot of benign neglect and more massages to get to bcl! I was tailbone length streched now I am hip stretched!

First, I must say your thickness is just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! No see-through anything there *jealous* And so frizz-free & clumpy. What's your routine?

Mine's really no secret - I CO wash with Suave & V05, leave-in with V05, EVOO, coconut oil & sometimes Mixed Silk (amodimethicone). Clarify once a week with Giovanni 50:50. Zero heat. Take vitamin B12, Fish Oil Omega 3 & 6, Maxi-Hair Maximized & Whey Protein shakes.

I don't know if I have posted on this thread yet or not! I am past BCL, and on my way to TBL. I measured a solid 36 inches. I haven't figured out how far I have to go, but at least 3 inches I would think. So maybe by the end of the year I will make TBL, even if I micro trim a time or two. I am pretty sure I will keep going to classic.

These days I'm pretty firmly at BCL :D Last time I got DBF to measure for me, my hair was 36.25 inches long. I think TBL on me is around 37", but it COULD be more like 38" :/

Anyway I am thisclose to goal now. The only sad thing is that I really really need a trim but I don't want to be going backwards when I'm this close!

hehe. BCL is not used as a milestone much here, but it means "bum crack length" (or "butt crack length") ... it's usually just a LITTLE above tailbone :)

Only when I wear it down, the worst tangles are underneath in the back. The hair that rubs against my shirt kind of balls up with itself. But I don't comb it dry or my curl definition would be destroyed - so it really doesn't bother me at all. All the tangles are gone with my CO wash the next day.

I'm so annoyed with my hair right now.

I have been hitting hip for over a year now and ever time I have reached hip, I needed to trim back due to really thin frizzed out ends.

I have now found a routine that has helped my frizzed out/dry thin ends and my ends are great. I now can move on to hip with nice ends without trimming back and hopeflly grow longer....

Trouble is my blinking hair has stopped blinking growing. :brickwall
I'm stuck at below waist :justy:

I know my stall is due to extreme stress so hopefully it will grow soon :(

Everyone you are making great progress and all of your hair is super beautiful :)

Try to hold off and trim one/two inches past hip. That way you will always be cutting back to hip instead of just reaching hip and having to cut back to waist and feel like you are starting all over again. The extra couple of months it will take you probably won't make that much difference to your ends and you can always wear it up for most of that time.

Maybe i should do that to i want to get to hip by the summer but i've just cut a inch and i'm still at waist but maybe micro trimming might set me back, i could always trim again in August.

Aw hip, I'm starting to hate that word as a length-definiton. Is it top of the hip bones, which I reached by now and what I see on dawnrader, too, or is it the actual joint, where the leg movement starts, what I want to reach by the end of the year?
Sorry about picking on this, but it confuses me everytime I read "hip-length"...

But anyways, welcome here, dawnrader :D

I think it can mean whatever you want it to mean. I personally define it as the top of the hip bones because if I were to say it was the hip joint then it'd probably be about the same as tailbone length on me - this way I get two markers reasonably close together instead of one marker that I'd have to wait ages to reach.

Your picture is beautiful by the way (and I agree, if you take hip length as the top of the hip bones you're definitely there already - I'd say if 'hip' as a marker bothers you leave it behind and say you're now on your way to tailbone ;))

I belong here! I'm currently at hip and have, I think, about 4" to TBL. I was looking at my hair yesterday and got out the measuring tape and I have 11" to classic. I'm not sure that I'll actually grow that far--I'll see what I think when I get to TBL--but it's amazing to think that I could actually be at that length within two years. I never, ever, would have thought I could have hair that long at this age (I started growing when I was 51)!

jeanniet, my mom is just about your age and she started growing, too :D Well, she's not even at chin-length, but I just wanted to show thumps-up for long hair at any age!
We put a hair pies in her hair last weekend, just for the fun of it. It was about waist-length and she liked it, so maybe one day, I can write, she'd be in here, too, if she'd join the LHC ;)

I just turned 60 and am at a few inches past waist now, hope to grow to tailbone.I stopped all dyeing, chemicals and embraced my silver, stopped hot blowfryin and ,brushing, now condition well daily, use hair friendly hair toys, never pull it back tightly, and cut/condition at home now, and over the past year increased my pony diameter over 1 inch.Hair does thin and get more delicate with age but how you care for it and treat it can also make a BIG difference.Three and a half years ago I had a coloured blowfried pixie, thin hair ,dry , dull and damaged and actually breaking off.Didn't think I could even reach waist when I first started growing due to my age and poor hair quality at the time .

My hair looks poofy and dry in this picture- because it was wash day- my hair usually takes atleast 12 hours to smooth out.

But I'm almost there! just a few more inches.

That looks really pretty. :) My hair does the same: always poofy after washing. For me that is not too bad, as I have really fine hair and the effect gives it more volume.
I am now 2" away from TBL but I have the impression that it will last forever till I reach down there.

I have little to report. My upper layer has some long hairs just touching BCL. My middle layer has creeped past BCL and my lower is 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches from Classic. so I am still in the general area of TBL. I won't move until I have an upper layer solidly below BCL. I have a feeling that will take me til the end of the year.:(
So I will be here.

Looks already like TBl, but it isn't. I still need 2 more inches. Maybe I do not need these inches and it is already TBL, but I want to reach the meter and so I defined the meter to be TBL for me. :)

Well, time for me to join here in this thread :) I am at hip lenght now and hope to reach tailbone by the end of the year.. or well that might not be achievable, but at least within a year from now. My length is 32 inches, and I have a short torso. To reach tailbone it has to be around 38 inches. Including a few micro trims that should work!

Is there a. Waist to Tailbone Group?
I was at Low BCL, with a CL goal: til my first trim in years at a salon yesterday.
Back at waist.
Actually;once the severe shock(I felt like I should have been following first aid shock treatment procedures:I got so nauseous! Lol) I've Loved it since.
Having been down to low BCL, I did want to hit CL, to experience sitting on my hair.
But part of me thought "why? Look what damage you do with your crossbody bag strap!"
I am quite a klutz. Once you get to TB, after that, even if you've been one to regularly wash, regularly wear down;its easy to quit both after TB. My experience at least:after TB the tangling/detangling? I was grateful to bun or ponytail and call it a day. I personally think W to TB is the most flattering length. It highlights the build. And is easy enough to manage that washing, leaving down when you care to:isn't a solid project yet. When it becomes a project? You Know. For me,it began after TB . Wondering though, is there a waist to TB group?

I think I can call my hair waist length now (it was especially wavy in my sig pic but it's actually a bit longer than it looks there). I think maybe another 6 inches should get me there, so that's about an average year's growth for me.

I'm not the most diligent of measurers though, and don't like to obsess over length too much, so I think I'll just use this thread to check in from time to time :).

If we stick with hip length as being the top of the hipbone then I think you are really close. Maybe just an inch more, but then it should be there, that is what I think :)

Yay that would be awesome, i think the micro trims and the whey milkshakes are really helping. I think thats what made it grow a inch in a week. When it comes to hair growth i like being short i think TB is 33 inches on me. Thank you:D

bunzfan, nice pic! I like the length and the full hemline. Is it braidwaves? So nice!

I feel like my hair isn't growing since I'm measuring. Well, it did, but not in the two last month - and I'm not trimming. Frustrating... I think of not measuring until my birthday (End of July), so hopefully it would be a few centimetres more till then... but now that I've measured it feels like giving up xontrol...

Fortresca, I had the same with my hair, or well it felt like that but the monthly pictures show a clear difference in the growth, maybe an idea to put the tapemeasurer away for some months and join the 1 pic 1 month thread to see the visual difference. At least that gives me comfort even when the growth doesn't seem too much numberwise.

bunzfan, you should change ur profile soon from waist to hip :D The whey thing could very well be of influence, I think it is an awesome result, 1 inch in like a week, can only dream of that ^^

But on the other hand I have never before had the information and community to learn about proper care of hair. I'm going to start measuring so I have an accurate starting point and keep measuring over the summer.

VERY happy to hear about the whey helping out. I raise dairy goats, have my own milk and make cheese... and that means whey. It would be *so awesome* if the goats can help me grow my hair out better.

I'm kind of upset because while my hair may really reach tailbone by december I have been getting some breakage and I have no idea why. I did some protein 2 weeks ago but it was mild, I have been deep conditioning with moisture ever since and my last protein treatment prior to that wasn't close enough to cause an overload, so i don't know whats the problem.
I'm really afraid that the progress I made with months of microtrimming will go to waste :(
The protein I used was motions silk protein oil moisturiser thing in the yellow jar. does anyone have negative experience with it?
I am actually considering buying the motions CPR as it's supposed to help with breakage but adding more protein at the moment may be counter productive, right?
*sigh* I really can't handle another setback..

I found the key to prevent breakage is balance. Your ends especially may have to be treated differently. They need moisture and an emmoiliant to keep them supple for one. Butters and oils or some combination work wonders. Give them protein only as needed. If the your new growth is well nourished with protein and you protect that hair through out the life of the hair it should not break. So make sure you get protein in your diet. I use egg whites occasionally on my hair. I keep my ends moisturized and supple . Saturate you hair with a moisture oil. The parts that are dry. My daughter does her 2b classic length only half way down. Then we wrap it in clear wrap and put it up. Sometimes over night.
She then CW only that area. The older the hair the more it may need help staying supple, and moist. Not ever one's natural oils will serve their longer lengths. The oil or butters help seal in the moisture. I have no splits or breakage since I learned this. Hope it helped. Supple soft hair tangles less too.

Well, I'm a little past waist so I guess this now where I go. I've only ever been able to grow a pointy little rat-tail below waist. I use to have my hair thinned and layered so maybe that was it. This time, I stopped thinning it and have been growing out layers. Its trimmed in a deep U but it may have the potential to get to tailbone this time around. :D It may take me a long time though, my sides have been layered and aren't quite caught up yet. I keep trimming the ends and waiting on the sides. I can't wait until I don't have that deep U!

I'm at a point of frustration right now -- a few strands at the center of my hair are tailbone if I stretch 'em, so I was sooo excited about finally hitting the Promised Land (tailbone's as long as is really practical for me)...

And now it seems like my hair growth is just in a lull. :( I'm still stuck around hip, my shortest layers at waist, and tailbone just seems to be coming way, way less quickly than BSL to waist did.

I feel your frustration Palla, from BSL to hip went really fast for me, in less than a year time, now suddenly the last 2 months I am hardly having any growth.. I wanna get to BCL which would be around 35,5 inch, but I keep hoovering around the 32 inches now ... :boohoo: In summer I always seem to grow less fast, weirdly enough..

I guess this is where I belong these days. I had a big big shed and the ends got straggely and I cut, so..I'm about 3 inches shy of tailbone. I miss my old fairy tale ends - way easier than a brush broom when doing up-do's. I think as I get longer I am moving more toward fairy tale (I never thought I would) and away from blunt hemlines but now that I'm actually at this length, I sort of "get it".
