Thanks...I wonder how long it would be without the trims....but probably not in the better condition it is now. I had some pretty crunchy, dry ends sometimes.

I swear by the GF 3 nutrition conditioner that I use now. I even use it as a leave in. I henna'd a couple of nights ago, and it is usually quite a bit drier after a henna for me.

Good growth here, Debra! :)
I like your hair texture, it's very pretty especially in the half-up.

Awww! Thank you! I really like the half-up do in general, it seems like the best of both worlds!!! :cheese:

After all this time, I still, in my head, think of my hair as being shorter than it actually is irl. But, when I think that I've been on here already for 22 months, I feel I should have it down to my ankles already!!!! That's not my goal, but it just feels like that's how long it should be for the length of "time" I've put in!!!

Man! Today I received my fourth compliment on my hair in two days!!! Weird! Not on my length, though, but on my colour! I henna'd again the other night (with Lustrous Dark Brown Henna), and everyone is complimenting me on the colour! What's really weird is that part of me still wants to go blond, blond, blond again! But, I KNOW that dark suits me better. sigh.

Thanks. The secret to thickness is definitely Henna.

Thank you! It will be interesting to see if the wavies are as prevalent as the length gets longer and heavier. I must say though, my hair is pretty "light" except when wet. I don't really notice any heaviness.

Your hair has grown loads . I have been growing mine for four years but because i listened to the stupid hairdressers and got my hair cut every 8 weeks its taken me years to get it this long. :cheese:

Boy, that's frustrating though for you. Are you still trimming every 8 weeks?

p.s. I've self-trimmed 9 times so far since starting, so that's a lot. Most of them were microtrims though, and one I took off more than I meant to. So, it's not just the hairdressers that make mistakes!!!
