Hehe, I have almost exactly the same picture of me, hot as fire, in front of the Washington Memorial at the end of May. Its actually one of the few pics where you can see my hair after I had a huge (to me), unexpected 2-inch trim in April. I was so upset that even when I found LHC a few days after that I wasn't ready to take pictures of the length. However, I can tell a little bit of progress from a few normal life shots (and yes, there's about 1.5 inches of progress since that pic! :cheese:).

Mariika I usually only get nice volume the day after a wash. Then yes my hair is slightly weighted at the top but it's not that bad.....I'll take length rather than volume for now.

Thanks for all of the compliments you all. I am quite fond of that dress as well. I don't own many dresses as my tall frame makes it hard for me to do so. I loved that dress so much I bought a bra specifically for it. I can't wait to learn to sew my own clothes.
