I finally got one to look halfway decent. It's a little droopy but I didn't want to have to use hairspray. :)

Ooo! I am impressed. Tutorial maybe?:) I saw few vids on YT but hairspray was a must in each of them. Now I see it's possible without it! :) bowtome::bowtome::bowtome:

Very cool! It looks beautiful!

Consider yourself an enabler! I am soooo giving this a go at the weekend!

Any top tips?

Thank you! Yep, I watched several different tutorials on YouTube. Hairspray probably would have helped it be not so droopy but I hate using the stuff so droopy it will be. It took me about 3 times to get it right.

Here's one vid I watched that helped: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MWqyGtzclQ

I watched another one that helped me even more. I will see if I can find it.

Ha Ha! An enabler? Cool! The only advice I have is to watch several videos and see which method you prefer. Cheeserland's tutorial was easier for me than the others.

Basically, but I didn't separate my hair in front first. I used half of the ponytail's tail, like on Cheeserland's tutorial, to make the middle of the bow.

Thanks! Yep...no hairspray, just an elastic band and some bobby pins, and it seems to be holding up well. I have had it in for about 4 hours now.

Thankyou huggybear!

I think I will watch the vids you recommended and try that. I dont use hairspray either, after reading the article on hair damage I vowed not to touch spray or mousse again!

Ill let you know how it goes, although ill end up looking more like mini mouse than cool like you :p

Why do you want to do anything with your hair? Because it looks cute & it's fun to learn how to do. Would I wear it like this alot? No, probably not. Just something new & different.
