Hello guys!!!

Am back after ages!!! Hope some of u even recognize me:rolleyes:.

Well to cut a long story short...i became quite busy, so was browsing through the forums, but not able to make posts. My history can be got through my other threads. And for those who wonder if i reached my goal...no i dint!!! Because i got frustated with the damage i have and was chopping of 1" per month. And then finally in Jan '10 i chopped my hair till shoulder length!!! But i am happy that i have virgin hair now!!:cheese:

I have grown till APL as of today and want to put some bangs in my hair (i loove bangs and layers!:eyebrows:). I am not sure how to cut them...but here is the pic for the type of bangs i want. My hair is 1/2" less than hers! but i sooooo want those bangs! the tutorials i see here or youtube( i mean the ones i could find) dint have so many layers in bangs! My hair texture is similar to hers and some also say i resembel her:p. So any help would be great!

PS: Donot worry that i didnot blur her face because she is an indian actress named Anushka Shetty and these are her pics from a movie function! so no permission required!!!

To me it looks like she has side bangs with her part on the side. But it's a little longer than usual and the layers in her bangs come from the very, very diagonal cut.

Tadaaaa!

This is a full fringe being cut but she has side bangs in other tutorials and also explains how to section hair which is really what you need :) I think it will be of use anyway as she is very good at explaining herself :)

Actually, I prefer this tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbaKM7yne1s

I used it to cut my bangs and mine are pretty similar to your pics.

You should know, it is highly likely her hair is blow dried and styled with hairspray or some other product to make it look like that. Actresses don't really make public appearances without some professional styling.

thats true! but my hair naturally looks like that when its frizzy!;) but ofcourse i would need to blowfry my bangs a bit to look like that! :pumpkin: but i just soo love the bounce they give!!!:eyebrows:
