Some advice please!

I'm tired of my ends! I recently used henna on my hair and I love the results, but I noticed that most of my ends are split or have a white dot! I stopped using heat tools on my hair, but my hair seems to be looking a lot worse! Do you guys think I should do an SMT, heavy oiling, or should I just bit the bullet and get a trim?:(

Personally, I would microtrim if I saw splits and follow with SMT. Good luck!

If the splits and dots are high enough, like, say, a half inch, I'd just go ahead and trim that half inch off. It'll be worth it in the long run.

The white dots are actually at the very tip of my hair! Maybe I have some serious breakage going on! :(
I wonder if the henna had anything to do with this!?

Unfortunately, no ammount of moisture or care can repair a split that already formed :(
If you have a lot of splits I think you should trim (or dust if the splits are at the very tips of the hair), but if it's not too many you can get rid of them with S&D so that you don't loose the length...
I don't think henna can cause split ends, perhaps they became more visible compared to the new color of your hair?
