Is it safe to touch up highlights with aloe in hair already?

Right now I have aloe and coconut oil in my hair. I know it is safe to apply color or bleach to hair with oil in it, but is it safe to apply bleach to hair with aloe in it?

I really want to touchup my highlights for an event tommorow!

I always have aloe in my hair, daily. My highlights always turn out just fine. I had mine refreshed twelve days ago, plenty of aloe in my hair, and they are beautiful :)
