Hair progress (pics)!

Yeeeeey my hair has gotten noticably longer :cheer: Im so excited! This is the longest it has ever been I think. And I will keep on growing! Wanna reach waist by next summer :pray:

The first picture is a comparison from April 7th to July 26th. My hair has some oil in it in the newest pic so it looks a bit oily and thin at the ends.

The second pic is from July 7th. My hair looks terrible in this one, because its brushed out and the lighting is horrible. But it gives you an idea of the length and volume :)

I think the coconut oil has done the biggest difference. I do heavy oilings the night before I wash (around 3-4 times/week) and I use a small amount after washing. I've given up all other leave-ins!

Also I wear it up a lot, which has helped tremendously I think. I went on vacation (LA and Vegas for a month) and I wasnt wearing it up at all, and using a few styling products too (lots of party party :D). I was in the sun and everything too! I thought my hair would be ruined but it didnt get very damaged at all! Again, I think it was the coconut oil... :cheer:

I think so :D Not sure exactly what did it but I joined here in January this year and changed my routine by adding coconut oil, removing other leave-ins and wearing hair up a lot. I didnt blow dry it before and I would use flat irons only on special occasions... So no big changes there. So the coconut oil has to be it! And I eat extremely healthy, but I've been doing that for years and it hasnt made a difference before :) Yaaaaaaaay for coconut oil! Really! :cheer: ;)

Thanks! :D Well, it hasnt felt like it has grown at all during that entire state in between april and july. But now I took a picture and VOILA! :D So trust me, before you know it - it'll be 3 inches longer ;)

And I think its because of the summer... My hair grows faster in heat so hopefully I can get a few inches more before it turns cold again :D Waist, waist, waist! :cheer:
