New Length (pictures)

So, after going through a nice shed due to stress recently, it seems losing all of that hair did not slow down my growth! It is SO VERY true, that if you forget about measuring, and stressing over growth, it seems to grow faster!

And just to take a look back, for those of you who do not know me, this is when I started LHC in 2006:

Then in October of 2009, this is where I was at (shiny due to camera flash and henna). This was waist:

Flash forward to February of 2010. You can see loss of hair, especially towards ends. I called this tailbone, when it was pulled down:

Now, for today. This is after I took it down from my *slanty bun*-ha. I have the blown out length shot in my photo albums, but since my other pics have the waves and frizz~
You can tell the ends are getting scraggly looking. I still have not cut, but I'm thinking about it.

Even with the hairloss, it looks like you have a lot of hair, and it's gorgeous too! It doesn't like like you need cutting to me, perhaps a small trim only but not much :)

Like others who post such threads, I'm glad that I *may* be able to help someone who is currently on the shorter side and waiting for their hair to grow. It will happen! Enjoy the length you're at, and before you know it, you'll be posting a thread like this as well.

Still though... could not have happened without LHC. You guys really know how to boost someone's ego (and unfortunately, with this divorce, I need it!!)

Oh, the curl/waves were there when it was shorter, but I always used the blow dryer on it. If I didn't, it would really frizz up and go wonky on me. As my hair has gotten longer, I've actually lost some waviness (when air dried).
