View Full Version : What does the "V-trick" refer to when it comes to hair?

I just heard this term used in another post http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=51679and was wondering what it refers to if anyone here knows:confused:. Thanks for enlightening me in advance :p

I think she is referring to the way her bobby pin is sticking up in the photo because she hadn't pinned it down with another pin. When pinning bangs back many people use two bobby pins, one going one direction to hold the hair and one on the other side going in the other direction crossing over the first pin. It makes a v or an x shape

Pretty sure missfortune is right, it's the pinning of two pins into a v or x shape.
