Nose bleeds on MSM?

Ever since I started taking MSM I've noticed nose bleeds. I get a very slight one once every few years, (like only blots on tissue paper and not even coming out the nostril) but now I'm getting bleeds that come out my nose, and dont even start me on when I had one and sneezed in front of the mirror :rolleyes:

Has anyone else noticed nose bleeds on MSM?

not me - I've taken 4000mg for about 2 months and not noticed this side effect.

I hate having nose bleeds so you have my sympathy

I don't know about MSM, but you should probably have your blood pressure checked -- nose bleeds can be a symptom of high blood pressure.

No, but a lot of members here have linked MSM supplements to depression or depression symptoms
