At what length do I need to start looking for split ends?
I have a few 2 inch patches, the rest really cant be seen unless in the correct light, so I wont worry about that until it gets longer.
Thanks

At below shoulder length.

It's pretty much impossible until you can pull your ends in front of your face clearly, so I wouldn't worry before then. :)

I'm just below shoulder and I probably won't start until I get to BSL. It's not worth the eyeball strain!

First had some at chin, however, this was due to sodium peroxide (shudder). I S&D all the time and I'm only at APL.

Agreed. It's possible at shoulder, but puts a lot of strain on the eyes. I tried several times. :o

APL I think, now i'm at midback, beetwen bsl and waist, and I found S&D too long and boring!! But it's the only way to kill split ends without trim!!

I rarely S&D. I don't have the patience to search and go crosseyed in the process. :silly:
