I'm trying to remember to do scalp massages to increase circulation to my head. I wonder if it is helping it grow?

:thud: Oh my gosh - you joined around the same time as me and I remember that we had similar length back in September. I am amazed that in the same time it took for you to get to waist, I have only made it to BSL. Your growth rate must be just over an inch a month. You have seriously gorgeous hair and I am just floored by how much growth you have gotten in such a short time.

Thanks everyone! I'm pretty surprised by how long my picture shows my hair is. I just kind of forgot about my hair. I knew it was getting long because I was finding I had difficulties with some styles that had worked in the past, but I didn't realize how fast it grew.

I didn't trim at all since Sept. I S&D once in a while but I don't find many splits.

My hem was originally a U shape, but I haven't cut my hair in a long time so it has grown kind of straggly and it looks like the middle is growing faster than the sides.

I think I did get layers the last time I cut my hair. They've grown to the bottom now.
