For the last couple weeks, I've been COing 4-5 days a week and shampooing once a week. Before I CO, I usually pre-treat with coconut oil or Nighblooming Vegan Panacea salve. When I used to shampoo more frequently, I would sometimes pre-treat with Lush Jungle and my hair would be really soft afterward.
In my limited experience, CO gets out everything and is very moisturizing, so I thought: Why not combine Jungle and CO? (apply a Jungle smoothie, let sit for 1-2 hours, and then CO out). Since Jungle contains SLS, would this also clarify? I also use cones, so it would be great if I could get them out with shampooing. :D
