I use this if I want to wear my hair down or if it got badly tangled. My hair tangles very, very easily and I rarely use conditioner because it makes my hair too soft and slippery and weighs it down too much. But with this recipe it kind of works really well. It gives exactly the right slip.
So I mixed some conditioner (with behentrimonium chloride), rose water and broccoli seed oil.
The ratio was about:
20ml conditioner
10ml oil
20ml rose water

I use it very sparingly as a leave-in, like two about pea-sized drops for all my hair. It doesn't tangle much and if I use the lotion for detangling it works like a charm. My hair can't hold a single braidwave though. Well, you can't have everything, can you? :o

May I ask which conditioner you use...?

Sounds great, broccoli seed oil is definitely on my wishlist!

I used Balea Seidenglanz. Only, the bottle has been sitting on my shelf for a while and I don't know if the stuff is still sold or if it's been discontinued or changed. Anyway the conditioner is very light and doesn't have cones.
Broccoli seed oil works really well for detangling. I guess meadowfoam oil would be great too, but I've never tried it.
