View Full Version : My hair has felt super dried out this week

I don't know what the culprit could be. I have not changed hair products (tresseme's moisture line), I have not blow dried or flat ironed.

I did go to the beach a week ago, but I quickly shampooed and conditioned when I got home.

Its so odd, all of the sudden my hair is behaving majoryly fried. It tangles easily and the ends are stuck together. :(

Try a clarifying wash followed by a moisture treatment (such as SMT).

My hair was the same a week ago. It was very dry, even when I put oil on it. The ends were "scrunchy". It needed a clarifying wash. :p It's soft and silky again and not dry at all. Just make a clarifying wash as spidermom suggested, maybe that will help. :)

Beach stuff always does that to me. I would give it a lot of extra moisture and it should return to normal in no time.

Thanks, ladies :D

I will get some clarifying shampoo today.. Suave Clarifying is awesome.

I also agree with the others about using a clarifying shampoo and moisture treatments afterwards :).
I always do this when my hair feels dry and my ends stick to each other.

Clarify sounds like the way to go! (o:

I'm experiencing the same issue. I went to the beach on Saturday and my hair looks like crap. I'm going to SMT this weekend. Been oiling regularly.

This is exactly my problem, too! I was going to do an SMT tonight, but it sounds like I'll also be clarifying. :)

Yep. Clarifying is definitely the way to go when hair gets nasty and you haven't changed anything in weeks.
