I started with a ponytail, braided it then flipped it over back through the ponytail twice. I added a blue sparkly comb at the top of the braid and if you look close I added a red jeweled butterfly clamp to the bottom of the braid. I was wearing a blue scubs top with butterflies - have to wear something with pockets so I can carry things with me while I am still on crutches.
