Semi-Permanent Over Demi-Permanent?

Would there be a problem with my applying a semi-permanent (Clairol Loving Care) over the top of a demi-permanent (Wella ColorTouch)?

Nope, no issue there. The Semi is just going to coat your hair, there is no ammonia or peroxide to cause any problems. Semi and Demi are very close, but the Demi just has a small amount of peroxide to act as an oxidizing agent. Neither semi or demi is supposed to penetrate the cuticle. The only issue can be if your two colors conflict with each other, in that case do a strand test for color results first.
