Thanks everyone for all the great compliments! I will definitely be trying the rag curls again. I have also tried Loepsie's sock bun curl method, and it looks fabulous too!

I usually sleep in 4 knee socks (wrapped in my hair, not on my feet :D), and I get big bouncy waves. What did you use to wrap your hair in, and how many sections did you make?

I used sections of a tshirt I cut off. I would like to have a sturdier material, but folding the sections in half (they were quite long) worked fine. I think I had roughly 7- 9 sections? I did them pretty randomly, so that's about how many. I also rolled them up fairly far.
