I use growmania scalp oil (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/vbjournal.php?do=article&articleid=177), scalp scritching and massage. I don't take any vitamins but have been eating foods that are great for the hair like Salmon, eggs, more fruits & veg, whole grains, nuts...I do take odorless garlic pills, though.
