Suddenly Sensitive?

I've noticed recently that when pinning my hair up, it often causes my head to ache where it's pinned. Braids wrapped around my head doesn't hurt, but basic buns do.

This basically just started. I don't know if it's because I just hit a new length/thickness or something. The only thing I've been doing differently is that I've been trying some Monistat to help out a growth stall.

It's really uncomfortable. Any ideas?

It may be from the monistat but it is probably just a growth spurt that your scalp has become accustomed to.
