Henna Gloss

I finally got around to ordering more henna! For a henna gloss, is it best to just mix enough henna powder, let dye release, mix with conditioner, then use (freezing the henna powder)?

Or mix up all the henna, dye release, then freeze it and thaw it as I need it?

I would think whichever is easiest for you.

For me, it's easier to mix all of it, and freeze what I won't be using immediately.

I mixed up a whole bag, froze in blobs on a cookie sheet, then put those into a ziploc freezer bag to use as needed. That way you only have to wait for dye release one time. The small frozen blobs thaw quickly.
