So, I have hair that is a cpl inches from tailbone. It is fine, and has allot of slip. I LOVE the Gibson tuck style, but whenever I do it, the ends always poke out through the back of the style. My hair is fine, even in the back, so I am guessing it is doing this because of this. Has anyone with fine hair about my length had any success with this style? Does anyone have any tips to keep the folded and rolled hair from popping out of the back? I hope because of my hair type, this style is impossible to do, because I think it is so chic and pretty
Thanks in advance!

I don't have fine hair and it's only shoulder length, but here's my experience for whatever it's worth.

I had problems with the hair sticking through the bottom because I was putting the ponytail too low. If I make it a little higher, there is more "outside" hair to block the flipped-in hair from coming through.

Good luck. I love this style, too.
