I think my hair is really starting to show a little bit of growth! I am pretty happy!

Thank you! I honestly think taking Biotin and a B-Complex vitamin have really helped my hair to grow. I would never swear by vitamins before but these seem to work for me. May have something to do with being hypothyroid and maybe I am deficient in B vitamins (this is just my thought I really don't know).

Thank you all! I am happy others can see it, it's not just my imagination. My hair type seems to shrink somewhat, not as much maybe as curlier hair, but still it does shrink up.
