Hi, i was following the MSM thread, but forgot to subscribe - Search won't bring it up, says it's too short a phrase - anyone mark it? I was so happy to bump into the thread to start with - i have athritis *and* am trying to grow my hair out, what could be more perfect for MSM than that? :) - have been taking it for 5 days, and i have proof my nails are growing like crazy! i did indigo 6 days ago, and the indigo stain around my cuticle is now half way down my nail! never had them grow like that before! hope my hair is growing like that, too! thanks to anyone for link :)
