Not bad :) you did a v-cut there, that's not a problem actually.

Well, if you're happy with the result, i advise not to trim it again. It looks good the way it is.

It looks grand! You're braver than me - I keep intending on having a go at it, but I'm putting it off for fear of it all going a bit unintentionally assymetrical!

Its looks pretty good actually :) . Its very hard to do an exact straight line if you are trimming your own hair, trust me I know from personal experience. So cutting a V-shape is really a lot easier. Your hair's getting long now, it looks to be a little past BSL.

It looks great!

I've been contemplating cutting in a v-hemline. I think I'll wait until I get a bit longer, then go for it. Hope it looks as good as yours!

Well done! Your hair looks great. Isn't it so freeing to be able to learn to trim your own hair?

Looks good! Way to go!

I've been trimming my own hair and bangs for about 2 years now. If you're not after something too sophisticated - just a simple straight, V, or U-hem and some simple, slightly layered bangs - it's not too bad on your own, actually. Love the convenience - don't have to make appointments and get there and plan ahead for that - if I feel like trimming at midnight, or sunday afternoon, i just go and do it! and it's great to do bangs as soon as they're getting a bit long, and not have to run in for such a small thing. Plus, i just like being in control! :evil grin: :demon:

I always trim my own hair. I am never sure how it looks though as my hair curls at the ends.I have no idea what i am doing when i do it I am just trying to keep the ends healthy.
