So I've been reading a little about the COW wash.....wouldn't that be the same as using a Shampoo/Conditioner-in-1 shampoo? If you did it in the middle of a C-Cow-C? Or is there a lot less shampoo proportionally in the COW maybe?

Any tips on this? I may try it tomorrow.

Thanks!

Most 2in1 poos (at least here in Dk) contain cones. COW, you mix yourself. I use COW with an herbal scalp wash and a really cheap conditioner.

Huh, I had not heard of the COW wash, interesting.

At one point I was using a 2-in-1 as shampoo in my CWC (had some left over I wanted to use up). It worked just fine, I'm not sure if I noticed a ton of difference between that and my regular shampoo, my hair may have been slightly softer. I would use it again if I had any 2-in-1.

I wonder though, what is the ratio of shampoo to conditioner in the 2-in1's? If it's similar to the ratio in the COW formula then I'm not sure why it wouldn't be the same (or very similar). The up side of the COW, make your own formula, would be that you could use any shampoo and any conditioner you wanted. Do they make SLS/cone free 2-in-1? I'm a SLS and cone user so I never paid attention.
