I always love to comment on other peoples pictures but never really pot any of my own so here you are my fellow LHCer's. I have put aside my hatred of cameras to give you these...any comments or crtisim is welcome

No worries CG means Curly Girl and is a referance to the method created by Lorraine Massey which includeds the exclusion of sulfates, silicones and shampoos. Basically it taught me alot about styling and treating my curls with respect. Its probably the best thing i have EVER found :cheese:

I have no idea why i hate cameras, i always have and always will lol but at least i can be relied on to take the picture ;)


@everyone who asked about my routine.
Nope i dont comb or brush everyday, in fact i can usual go 2 days without a comb going anywhere near my hair!! but having my haair down is a rare occasion nowadays. Usually i just comb, oil, and braid/bun.

The main thing that helped my hair is changing to the CG method. This was created by Lorraine Massay after years of struggle with her own hair. Their is a book about it but you can find all the main points in this post here by the lovely laura lee:

the exclusion of silicones, sulfates, shampoo and protein in my products has made such a differance. I also plop my hair for either an hour or overnight, after raking through and scrunching curl creme and gel and diffuser dry (naughty i know but i rearly wear it down so its not often)
