Cone-free ingedients?

Can anyone tell me if the folowing ingredients are conefree or without any other baddies?

Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate.
