Hooray! Its not a stall

My hair has been growing veeeery slowly for the last few months. I was wondering if I was going into a stall, but in February so far its gone from 35.5 to 36.5 with a dozen or so racer hairs at 37"! I did just have to start blood pressure medication and I added beet root and nettle to my diet to help with BP...I wonder if any of those things caused the dramatic (and welcome) change in hair growth rate? Either that, I wonder if the hypertension was slowing my hair growth and getting that under control allowed it to resume its 'normal' rate?

Could be. It could be just coincidence. My hair stalled out to really slow growth recently, but last summer it grew just about an inch per month for about four months. I guess it grows in spurts.
