Oooops... It's already been over a year!

And here is what has happened with my hair so far.

From chemical dye to henna only.

I didn't cut -09, but did a trim around NYE to get the ends to be more even. I'll maybe cut once in the summer, and once at NYE again to get the hemline to even our eventually.

My hairdresser was quite astounded about my hair being in good condition without any cutting, just a bit tapered since it has grown uneven. She is not used to see my hair healthy. (Same hairdresser for about 7 years)

I'm mostly on CO, and I henna about once a month.

I almost cut my hair into a page a few weeks ago, but the 2 week rule saved me, and looking at the pics at this forum. My hair IS growing, even if I'm not see it.

I will continue the henna treatment, and I'll try to treat my hair more often than I do now. (maybe once even 2 month).

I eat LCHF since this summer. In the beginning that caused a major shred (hormon changes in the body - compare with pregnancy etc) , but now it's back to "normal" again. Thank god!!

And 2010 will be another year of growth. Maybe a small trim this summer, and then again NYEish.

Wow! My curls would never let me go an entire year of no trims without a fight. Good for you. It is good to hear your hair is getting healthy from all the love you give it. Sounds wonderful.

I had fits with this when I first started as well - you have to take the word "album" in the url of your photo and replace it with the word "picture" - try that, see if it works :)

I 've used Lush Caca Rouge since summer -09( before that about everything, including chemical dye)

It's that simple. :-D
