Hair Style Identification

I'm getting my first set of big girl hair sticks in a few days and googled hair stick hair styles and came across this site and more specifically, the picture there.

I'm trying to figure out what it is she did to make it like that? Is it a partial crown braid? Any idea on how to do this?

Looks like a lace rope braid to me. Torrinpaige has a tutorial for one just like this.... except it's not a rope, but you can just change how you braid it. Lemme look for the tutorial and I'll post it for ya.
