February 2010 Measure In!!!!

Hey everyone! Time to get out those tape measures!!!


My tips went to 42 inches at the very tippy-tip!
My virgin hair is now about 7.5-7.75 inches long! (That is how I measure my real progress. ;) )


How did you all do this last month?!

My hair is now 58 cm / 22.8 inches. Thats's 1 cm /0.4 inches longer than last month. Go hair!

DBF measured my hair at 27.25 yesterday. Only up .25 from last month, but he was really admiring my hair, so I'm happy anyway :)

My growth was 1 cm /0.4 inches, which brings me to a total of 2,1/2". Not much I know but I had a buzz cut on October 2, 2009.

After a two month stall with zero growth I finally grew the normal 1/2 inch and am now 20". Finally out of the teens. Yippie!!!

I am measuring in (pulling completly straight to the longest hairs) 21" which is a whole inch of growth last month..whoo hoo for MSM!! ☺

But since I am going to start wearing my hair curly/wavy thats how I should actually measure my length...and Im got 19.5-20" this morning.. I will have my DD help measure later

either way I still got a full inch of growth!!!

Cut off 2.5 inches on January 6th, measured at 20". So I've gotten half an inch in a little less than 4 weeks.

31.75 inches...I measured 4 times. I trimmed off a few inches a little over two weeks ago and was back to 31 inches. I must be having a growth spurt or something!

I got it measured, I think, yesterday, to 27,75". I don't remember what day I measured the last time but it's only a few weeks ago and then I got 26,5". Could my hair really have grown 1,25" in just a few weeks???

I am at 21 inches (53.5 cm) right now.
That means 0.5 inch (1.5 cm) of growth this month!
... which is a lot for me. :D

I have been experimenting with more natural hair care, and it seems to be working :)

I did my monthly 1/4" trim, and still measured a gain to a solid 33 inches. I'm a solid hip now. :)

Also, my ends look much healthier and I am very, very happy with my plan to trim monthly in 2010 and still gain some length!!

I'm up 1 cm, or 0.39 inches.

Some places measure a 0.5 cm more, but I'm not counting it, I rather go for the shortest measurements :D

Anyways, it brings me up from 41.50 to 41.90, almost two inches!

It is growing steady! So GOOO! I want 110 cm by July!

But I'm planning a pretty big trim this month, so I won't hold on to this length for long. But my ends gotta go! Eh, it'll grow back.

I"m measuring at 57" again. So I'm back to knee length for sure! I'm going to wait till 58" before I trip again, so I can stay at knee length all the time.

My regrowth is aprox 5-6 inches. It's not a hugely obvious decamation line so it's hard to judge.

You're hair is so long that when you trip over it you know it's time to trim!:D

I measured in at 29 at the beginning of December. I am impressed... this is the first time I am keeping track of growth and before I thought my hair grew really slow compared to the average of .5 inches/month. Maybe not!

I'm at 35.5" which is the same as last month, but I also trimmed a half inch last month. I figure I grew that half inch back. I do have a few racer hairs at 36" but I'm basing my measurement on the bulk of the length.

Though maybe it grew a bit in the last 48 hrs? ;)

I'm at 23.6 inches or 60 cm. My hair's at my bra strap. Yay! I have about 4 inches or 10 cm to grow until I hit my second goal of WL. Started (sig pic) from the right at CL, chin length, August 2008, and have hit BSL February 2010. Had a few trims in between (tiny ones) and hair was also layered with the ponytail method. Thinking of maybe growing out the layers, but going towards WL first.

Mine is now at 19.25" about, but that is because I got it cut back in December. I think the hairdresser took off about an inch. However, I used to measure my progress by always measuring the same random too long piece of hair, but thanks to the trim, my hair is now all the same length. I think I am growing at about 1/2" a month.

With my own self measuring, I'm still at 28", same as the first of December. I have done some microtrimming....and I have 1" of roots showing (yes, I dye my hair)...so I'm getting growth, just not measuring added length. I've got the hemline looking good, and ends in good shape, so hopefully I'll start seeing added length from here on! I was hoping for waist by April....with two inches to go, I'm not sure I'll make it, but I'll be darned close!

Most of my ends grew 0.5" to 47" length, but a few grew 1.0" to 47.5". I am sticking with 47", because those few ends that are longer would not be very visible if spread out among the rest.
